Direct Sound is the home of the best-selling Extreme Isolation headphones, developed by a studio session drummer who needed the best possible sound isolation for his rehearsals and recording sessions.

Groundbreaking technology is used to create a set of headphones that provide TOTAL isolation from any unwanted outside noise. By passively isolating your ears from any exterior sound, you can listen at moderate to low volumes, so protecting your ears from continued high volumes.

There are three models in the Extreme Isolation range - the EX-29, EX-25 and HP-25 - and more recently the company has developed a five-piece and a seven-piece colour-coded kit for use with the new silent practice units from JamHub.
