We use insured couriers for overseas deliveries, such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.
B-stock means that they may have some minor imperfections in the finish of the microphone, or slight damage to the packaging.
This has no affect on the sound or performance of the product, and all mics have been fully tested and are working 100% perfectly.
All items are brand new and unused.
All items are covered by Lifetime Warranty but only if you register within 30 days of purchase.

Returns can only be accepted on unopened, unused microphones for hygiene reasons. 
If a return is agreed, you will have to pay the return shipping cost.
If we accept your return, you may be liable for a restocking fee.
Once we receive the item back, before a refund is made, our technicians will carry out a full check, to make sure it is definitely unused and in the same condition that it was sold.
A refund (or partial refund) will be confirmed with you and then refunded.
The refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on the method used to make payment.
